  • 1st year

    1.  Pilot project

    In the beginning we develop our first apartmenthotel with 4-8 apartments. Each apartment will be used as show-room with different stlyes and designs. During the design phase we will invite the interior designers to realize the best practices, using the modern products and services to provide the best life-style.

  • 3rd year

    2.  First apartmenthotel

    Based on the first experiences we will develop the first apartmenthotel with plenty of apartments, service and office buildings.
    The apartmenhotel's place will be chosed very carefully, so you reach easily by public transportation or by car. 
    We will use all best-practice to build a community within this new village.

  • 5th year

    3.  International Expansion

    Based on the first apartmenthotel experiences we will develop further projects internationally.
